Intended purpose
Graefe iris hook is intended for use by ophthalmologists to engage and manipulate the iris during intraocular surgical procedures. The hook is introduced into the anterior chamber of the operative eye. The smooth hook profile allows atraumatic iris manipulation within the confined anterior chamber space. The device is reusable and requires validated decontamination and sterilisation between uses.
