Intended purpose
Parker retractor is intended for use by surgeons and surgical assistants to manually retract soft tissue and maintain wound exposure during open surgical procedures. The retractor is applied to soft tissue edges within the open surgical wound. The smooth curved blade provides firm retraction of soft tissue edges during open surgical procedures. The device is reusable and requires validated decontamination and sterilisation between uses.
