Intended purpose
Laborde dilator is intended for use by surgeons to progressively dilate the larynx or trachea during laryngeal and tracheal surgical procedures. The dilator is introduced through the laryngeal or tracheal opening. The device is reusable and requires validated decontamination and sterilisation between uses in accordance with the reprocessing instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
