Intended purpose
Dental excavator is intended for use by dentists to remove carious dentine and soft tissue debris from prepared dental cavities during restorative procedures within the oral cavity of dental patients. The double-ended design provides two different tip geometries for access to varying cavity locations within the oral cavity. The device is reusable and requires validated decontamination and sterilisation between uses.
