Intended purpose
Hoke bone chisel is intended for use by orthopaedic surgeons to cut, section, and shape cortical and cancellous bone during bone resection and reconstruction procedures. The chisel is applied to osseous tissue within the operative surgical field. The chisel tip geometry is designed for precise cortical bone work in small anatomical spaces. The device is reusable and requires validated decontamination and sterilisation between uses.
