Intended purpose
Pedicle clamp is intended for use by surgeons to occlude vascular and tissue pedicles during open surgical resection procedures. The clamp is applied to vascular and tissue pedicles within the operative field. The instrument provides secure mechanical occlusion of vascular and tissue pedicles prior to ligation or division. The device is reusable and requires validated decontamination and sterilisation between uses.
